DO YOU WORK BY THE HOUR?
Labor is billed "by the hour" and by "fixed price", depending on the project.
DO YOU PROVIDE WRITTEN ESTIMATES?
We always provide written estimates no matter how small the job, so you have no surprises when the job is completed.
WHO PAYS FOR MATERIALS?
Materials can be provided by you or we can purchase them. If we purchase the materials, they will be charged to you and itemized on your bill separate from hourly labor or fixed price labor, unless it is specified "materials included" on the estimate. We do not mark up the cost of materials, what we pay is what you pay.
MATERIALS DON'T FIT IN MY CAR, CAN YOU PICK THEM UP?
Yes, we can pick up the materials and deliver them to you. Please keep in mind that you will be billed for the time we spend doing "special pick ups".
WHEN CAN WE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Our schedule changes everyday. We always try to schedule appointments the same day you call. Even though same day appointments are not always possible, we will always try to schedule you when you need us.
DO YOU WORK WEEKENDS?
Yes, we work Saturday and Sunday by appointment. Weekend appointments book quickly, we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
