LABOR AND MATERIALS
- Labor is billed "by the hour" and by "fixed price", depending on the project. We provide written estimates no matter how small the job, so you have no surprises when the job is complete.
- Materials can be provided by you or we can purchase them. If we purchase the materials, they will be charged to you and itemized on your bill separate from hourly labor or labor fixed price, unless it is specified "materials included" on the estimate. We do not mark up the cost of materials, what we pay is what you pay.
